結(jié)構(gòu)

分類

船型開關(guān)又稱翹板開關(guān)，一般分為基本型船型開關(guān)、防水船型開關(guān)、帶燈船型開關(guān)、超小型防水船型開關(guān)，按照其外形特征可分為方形船型開關(guān)、圓形船型開關(guān)、小型船型開關(guān)；按電氣特性可分為大電流及長壽命船型開關(guān)等。

應用

船型開關(guān)應用非常廣泛，常用于如小家電、音響器材、工業(yè)控制、電腦周邊產(chǎn)品、儀器設備、燈飾及照明產(chǎn)品等多個領(lǐng)域。
 
使用注意事項

• 遵照對帶翼仔的船型開關(guān)的安裝口厚度及尺寸規(guī)定，否則會影響安裝。
  It is not recommended violating the suggested Panel Cutout and Nominal Thickness.Otherwise, it may not  work properly.
• 安裝船型開關(guān)時，應向外殼及凸緣部分施力，不可以直接對操作按鈕施力。
  During the installation of switch，please apply force to the part of housing and flange not directly to the knob.
• 大規(guī)格(rating)的船型開關(guān)不能用在小電流（小于100毫安）的電路，微小電流的觸點應做特殊處理。如有類似的問題請我們聯(lián)系。
  Generally, a high rating switch maybe not suitable for a rating less than 100mA of circuit. Some special designs of contacts are the solution of a lowcurrent rating．Please contact us for detail． 
• 焊線或過波峰爐時必需注意溫度及時間。焊線選用50-70瓦的恒溫鉻鐵，上錫時間控制在3秒以內(nèi)， 過波峰爐時間控制在3-4秒，爐溫控制在260度以下。
  The duration and temperature of welding and wave soldering are critical．Generally, the wattage of the temp ironis 50-70W, the duration of weldingis within 3 seconds, the duration of wave soldering is 3~4 second and the chamber temperature is below 260℃．
